ORDER

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed, as we process them immediately to ensure the fastest possible shipping. If your order has already been shipped and has a tracking number, no changes can be made. If you have entered an incorrect address, you can contact us at hello@zettadancewear.com to review your case, although we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be modified. For changes after receiving your order, please refer to our exchange and return policy.

Do you restock out-of-stock products?

We only restock items that have demonstrated demand through pre-orders. If an item is out of stock, please sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary by destination. In Spain, orders ready to ship usually arrive within 24-36 hours with express shipping. For other countries, please refer to our shipping policy for detailed delivery times.

Tip: You can see the exact estimated delivery date for your address by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout, without needing to complete the purchase.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking not updating? This is normal for the first 24-48 hours. If after 48 hours your tracking is still not showing any movement, please contact us at hello@zettadancewear.com and we will investigate.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before completing your purchase. You can view the list of shipping costs in our shipping policy.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

How does sizing work?

All orders can be returned for a size or item exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been washed or used and still have their original tags.

Although we only produce limited quantities, we always try to have extra units available so you can exchange the size once you receive your order.

How do returns work?

All orders can be exchanged for a different size, another product, or a store credit within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been washed or used and retain the original tags.

Monetary refunds are also offered. See all information in our exchange and return policy

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 8 to 15 business days via your original payment method.

What if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@zettadancewear.com with photos. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Can I return an online purchase in-store?

Yes, you can return your online order at our Barcelona Showroom.

How do I care for my new garment?

We recommend washing in cold water, with similar colors, and avoiding the dryer to maintain fabric quality.

Is there a size guide?

Yes! Check our size guide to see the measurements of each product. Also, the first size exchange is free.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are made in Spain, in local workshops in Barcelona and the surrounding areas. Our project aims to be as sustainable as possible, both for the planet and for you.

Yes! We work with dance schools to offer personalized products and/or sell our catalog. If you have a store or school, contact us for more information.
